User Agreement and Platform Rules for gbo07
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", "Your") and gbo07 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing our services, or using any features of gbo07, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

gbo07 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms.
Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within seconds. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to banking system delays. gbo07 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

gbo07 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license is revocable at any time and automatically terminates if you violate these Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited. Accounts with pending wagering requirements cannot be closed until requirements are met or bonus funds are forfeited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, create multiple accounts, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gbo07 holds its gaming licenses. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of disputes.
If you have a complaint or dispute with gbo07, you must first contact our customer support team to seek resolution. We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority.
Any claims or disputes arising from your use of gbo07 services must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims not raised within this period are waived and cannot be pursued.
